A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳15,000 must be wagered.

• Any direct or indirect financial loss caused by reasons beyond the platform's control.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

A member may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance (after conditions are met) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11.2 Closure at bd9bd9's Initiative

bd9bd9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is established.
• If a charge of fraud or deception is established.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.
• In the case of a long-inactive account (prior notice will be given).
